We're passionate about improving the education, health, social inclusion and empowerment of children with disabilities, mental health conditions and children who are most vulnerable in Jamaica.
What we are about
The Nathan Ebanks Children Advocacy group Inc. (N.E.C.A.G.) exists to support the efforts of the Nathan Ebanks Foundation (NEF) in Jamaica, and through the NEF, other Jamaican non-governmental organizations which provide education, health, social and other supports to children (0-21) with disabilities: physical, cognitive, mental and emotional, sensory; and those who with special education needs.
We are a charitable 501(c)(3) organization built on the principles of love, compassion, integrity, accountability and service. We have been established to render assistance in the areas of , education/inclusive education, health, social supports, training and advocacy for children and youths, teachers, parents and other professionals working with children and youths.
All donations to the N,E,C,A,G, are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Our goal is to inspire breakthroughs in the way Children with Disabilities in Jamaica are engaged, supported and empowered and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives..
We seek to improve the lives of Jamaica’s children by supporting initiatives that advance the empowerment of children with disabilities through education and health, and promote the inclusion and participation of children. We believe that strong children make strong people, and strong people make for a stronger nation.
